Synopsis:

When a mysterious and violent illness arrives at Jo’s hut, Siganska’s healer is forced to face the nightmares of her past and the fear of their return.

Frustrated by her failed search for answers and a cure, she encounters a strange tapestry and an even stranger man. The cure woven in threads of gold, the answer more incredible and terrible than she could ever imagine. 

Awakening to an unseen world filled with sentient shadow and predatory decay, devouring unsuspecting people as they succumb to the darkness lingering inside—Jo must decide between preserving the life she’s always known or saving the only family she has left.
